Kardashian Kid Wins Ten Mil Dash

Filed today in Los Angeles family court is a ruling by Judge, Gita Grip, awarding several million dollars to the father of Kourtney Kardashian's love child, Scott Whathisname.  The lawsuit was filed after Scott finally got fed up with the outside interference of the entire Kardashian clan who for years had been allegedly ganging up on Scott in a variety of sinister acts.

The court papers, released after Judge Grip's ruling, gave insight to the years of unjust torment the father had been subjected to including some very bizarre acts by the entire Kardashian clan. The allegations include repeated attempts to contact Scott's ex wife (whom he married immediately following his departure from the one time hit show, Keeping up with the Kardashians, divorcing 17 years later), instructing the love child to misbehave while in his care, along with demanding Scott meet the Karsashian clan on the basis of family issues but in reality were forums for verbal lynchings.  A forensic psychologist was brought in by the court to review the case, world renowned Dr. Dewsey.

Publicly Scott had departed the show after a multitude of run-ins with his then girlfriend's mother, Kris Jenner, who attempted to dominate Scott and Kourtney's household and lives. In one episode, aired in 2010, Scott appeared as if on a drinking binge.  What was not aired but available in the unedited footage, which Dr. Dewsey reviewed, showed Kris Jenner stating repeatedly that she "hated Scott" (portions of which had aired) which appears to have an effect on her other children, Robert, Kim and Khloe. All conspire to make Scott as uncomfortable as possible. In one unaired tape, Khloe demands Scott leave the home he shared then with Kourtney while at the same time Kim demands that Kourtney do overtime at Dash, a clothing store the sisters share ownership of in a planned attempt to seperate the two. At the same time, Rob, seeing Scott has resisted the affront, encourages Scott to go out drinking knowing any sloppiness will alienate Scott even further. It almost worked by appearance, but in actually the attempts have not been successful since Kourtney and Scott have been secretively reunited throughout the past 17 years, thus proving there is real power to true love.

In one episode which aired in late 2010 Kourtney remarks that her family is impossible to deal with and states she does what she must to get by.  Later in the same episode, one in which she attempts unsuccessfully to reason with her mom, she goes on to say that she will never be able to forgive her mother for the unjust interferences in her life which served to hurt her bond with her siblings, father of her child, but more importantly causing damage to the love child. With an angry look, a portion of the segment which never aired, she states she blames her mother in full for the acrimony in her life and goes on to say she was always an overdomineering mother who's own selfish motives were her driving force. 

In another episode, also not aired, Kris Jennar is seen trying to push Kourtney to spend time with an athlete friend of her sister's then pro basketball husband, Lamar Odom. Kourtney shows no interest which does not deter Kris. In the episode the unidentified athlete appears unexpectedly and repeatedly (including dinner at the Jennar's home). Throughout the remainder of the series, Kourtney recieves texts and calls by both her mother and the athlete asking her to spend time with this athlete. Apparant failure meant the non-airing of these episodes. Kourtney is seen, throughout the series entirety, refusing to go out with the athelte and repeating she will never forgive her mother for all the wrongdoings. Additionally she suggests she employs a secret method proven to make Scott very happy each time he is upset by imposing or disturbing contact.

Esteem psychologist, Dr. Dewsey, after carefully reviewing the 2,000 page court filing and the hit show's segments (the program aired over several seasons) determined ligitimacy to the complaint.  Dr. Dewsey provided a statement to the court, not released to the press, which summerized appropriate behaviors were not employed by the Kardashian Clan; they had overstepped their bounds and in so doing damaged the father's ability to properly parent the love child as well as to interfere with a love bond between Scott and Kourtney. Unjust interference was ruled to warrant the award.

Happily ever after?  It seems so since Scott has been awarded proceeds from the successful series, monies Kris Jennar held in trust for the clan. His just due amounts to the tune of ten million dollars.  In her ruling, Judge Gita Grip states that Scott had suffered a loss of income in having been written out of the show but also ruled he will receive restitution for punitive damages as the result of years of baseless torment.  The court's ruling stated the following, "...had this couple forever parted ways and not stuck it out as they have, the award would have been far greater. Fortunately these two win in all matters since they will now enjoy good health, independent wealth and well being. It's a great day in court when justice prevails on the side of true love."

Kris Jennar could not be reached for comment. She is believed to be in Cabo, Mexico where it is purported she is looking for her estranged ex-husband, the former Olympic gold medalist, Bruce Jennar, who left the show and his marriage, with the series finale.
